2. How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your personal data from SchedBoost, you can submit a request using one of the following methods.

  • Your request to delete your account and associated data

Method 2 — Account Deletion

If you have access to your SchedBoost account:

  • Log into your account

  • Navigate to Account Settings

  • Select Delete Account

  • Confirm the deletion request

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.


3. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon request, we will delete:

  • Account profile information

  • Stored personal data

  • Connected social media tokens

  • Analytics data associated with your account

  • Scheduling history linked to your account


4. Data Retention Exceptions

Some information may be retained for limited periods when required for:

5. Third-Party Platforms

If you connected your social media accounts to SchedBoost, please note that deleting your SchedBoost account does not automatically delete your data from third-party platforms.

You may also manage or revoke permissions directly from the following platforms:

  • Facebook App Settings

  • Instagram App Permissions

  • TikTok App Permissions

  • Twitter / X Connected Apps

  • LinkedIn Account Permissions

  • Google Account Permissions


6. Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 30 days depending on system requirements and legal obligations.
